This contract is presented on Friday, July 29, 2022 between the DoubleTree by Hilton St Paul East and St. Cloud Youth Hockey Team

Check In: Friday, February 3, 2023 Check Out: Sunday, February 5, 2023

Sleeping room rates as noted in the “Room Block” above are Commissionable to Hotel Planner and are quoted exclusive of applicable

state and local taxes, fees and assessments.

Taxes: In addition to the Total Anticipated Sleeping Room Revenue for your Event as set forth herein, you agree to pay any and all applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes, fees, or assessments imposed on or applicable to your Event. In the state in which Hotel is located, currently the sales tax rate is 7.875%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 6%. We will honor any available tax exemptions for which you qualify, provided that you properly complete and timely provide all documentation required by the applicable jurisdiction to substantiate said exemption.

Concessions:

- Courtesy block with no financial obligation to book a certain amount of guestrooms up to 20 rooms per night

- Complimentary WIFI throughout the hotel

- Complimentary signature Doubletree welcome cookies provided upon check in

- Complimentary shuttle within ten miles from the hotel - based on availability.

- One complimentary suite upgrade with 15 room nights are booked in the block – based on availability

- One complimentary night per every 20 room nights booked in the block

- Complimentary parking on site

- Discounted meeting room rental

Contract Authorization/Expiration date: The persons signing this document warrant that they are authorized to make the agreements

set forth in this contract. If these arrangements meet with your approval, please sign and return this contract by Friday, August 12,

2022. A definite acceptance will occur upon receipt of a signed contract by the DoubleTree by Hilton St Paul East. If we do not receive

a signed copy of this Agreement by Friday, August 12, 2022, we may, at our sole option and with no notice required, release this first

option, or may continue to hold the arrangements, or may review and revise our rates. Once a signed agreement has been executed on

behalf of both parties, a definite room block commitment will be placed.

Method of Reservations: Reservations will be made: directly by the attendee via the Internet using the Personalized Group direct

booking link or by calling the hotel directly at 651-731-2220. Group must mention St. Cloud Youth Hockey Group to receive the group

discount.
