Registration Notes:

Please be sure to sign in with NGIN (top left corner) before starting the registration process.

Step 1: Members will first need to register with USA Hockey and pay the applicable fees directly. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s).  Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.  Registration fees will be assessed to all players born in 2004 and before.  USA Hockey fee is $30/player and MN Hockey is $10/player.   Enter in all required player and guardian information.  You will also need to initial to accept ‘Waiver of Liability’.

Step 2: Be sure to press "continue" at the bottom of the page and go to the SCYHA portion of the registration. Enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.  Fill in the requested information.  You will need a credit card to pay the SCYHA fee (or select you will be paying at a later time).

·         Step 3: Fill out Consent to Treat form (Available on this page) and give to your Age-Level Coordinator (i.e. Bantam, U12, Mite) before the player goes on the ice (either at Dynamics or try-outs).

·         Step 4: Provide a copy of your birth certificate to your Age-Level Coordinator before the player goes on the ice (if did not play within SCYHA the previous season).

 Of note to those with Pizza sales or other forms of credit!

Families should register online and choose the option to NOT pay online.
All families should have their credit balances since the treasurer has sent out statements. They should then mail a check net of their credit along with a copy of their registration to:
