As some of you may heard or have received calls or messages about, some of our area schools have positive cases of COVID19 and with that have quarantined students. The main question is, can my player skate even though they have to quarantine from school….
YES, they can (this may change in the future) but as of now as long as:
If a player tests positive for COVID19, we ask that the parents notify Jenna Binsfeld ASAP and she will let the parents know when the player can return to the rink/team activities.

There are going to be CHANGES and we will need to adapt throughout the season, from USA/MN Hockey as well as each arena. SCYHA will be following the lead of USA/MN Hockey... currently "plan as normal". There will be guidelines that players/coaches/members need to follow. Changes and guidelines will be communicated and posted.
COVID-19 Related Refund Policy - If the 2020-21 season is canceled or cut short due to COVID-19, SCYHA will be issuing fair refunds as the season and limitations develop. We will adjust pro-rate for anything less than a full season. Registration must open as planned so we can be prepared for a full season, even though we do not have the guidance we would like at this time from the State of MN and Minnesota Hockey. There are a million possible scenarios to consider, but we will make sure you get what you pay for. St Cloud Youth Hockey expenses are driven by hockey activity. If there isn't any activity, there are minimal expenses. This allows us to be very flexible and fair with respect to refunds.
