We have reserved a block of rooms for the Apple Valley tournament at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Eagan for Jan. 3-5. The hotel is about five miles from the arena, and is located within walking distance of several restaurants, a movie theatre, and shopping. The hotel does have a pool, and a buffet-style breakfast is included.
When you call for reservations you will have your option of a Double Queen Room ($79 per night) or a King 2-Room Suite ($89 per night). The double queen rooms do not have a fridge in them. The king 2-room suites have fridges and microwaves as well as a pull out couch.
Since the tournament schedule has not been posted yet, if we end up with an early game on Friday and anybody wants to go down Thursday the hotel will extend that same pricing to Thursday night for anybody staying Friday and Saturday as well.
