Congratulations to the St Cloud U10's in their first place finish in the River Lakes Fire and Ice Tournament.  The gracious host team put on a wonderful tournament, and each of the participating teams experienced a wonderful weekend of hockey and fun.

St Cloud faced the host team in the opening early Sat morning game, and after 3 hard fought periods, were able to escape with a victory over the talented, and well coached girls from River Lakes.  After a hardy lunch at Marnanteli's Pizza in Cold Spring, the St Cloud U10's were able to defeat fellow  D5 team Hutchinson.  Sunday our U10's clinched first place with a victory over Fargo, and after receiving their hardware, shared in singing Jingle Bells, and a few songs from "Frozen" over the locker room wall which divided the St Cloud girls, and their new friends from the Fargo U10 girl's team. 

Thanks goes out to all the parents from River Lakes for putting on a wonderful tourney once again, and also a big thank you to our St Cloud U10 coaches-Coach Davidson, Coach Tenvoorde, Coach Weitzel and Coach Abbey.
